The Neutrino’s  Mass  

The KATRIN experiment, conducted in Karlsruhe, Germany in the context of tritium decay, seems to indicate that this particle has a mass of less than 0.8 electron volts (see https://www.sciencenews.org/article/neutrino-max-possible-mass-tiny-new-estimate-particle-physics ).

Such a forecast falls within the 0.1 - 2 eV range envisaged by Paolo Allievi (Register of Engineers of Rome, former National Laboratories of Frascati, former Enel and Sogin). Moreover, P. Allievi advanced his conjecture that the neutrino could be a partial and non-polarized electromagnetic wave (Photon): that is, it could correspond to the “neutral zone” inside a Photon. In this case its energy (mass) would be about 0.1 eV. It is worth noting that P. Allievi deduces his conjectures and formulates his predictions based on his own corpuscular theory of gravitation - reported in his work "LA LUCE RALLENTA" (THE LIGHT SLOWS DOWN)Compomat editions (2011) https://www.amazon.it/rallenta-Teoria-corpuscolare-della-gravitazione/dp/8895706218 , which shows that the speed of light decreases over time by 3 m / sec every 20 years.

 

 

La Massa del Neutrino

L'esperimento KATRIN, condotto a Karlsruhe, in Germania nell’ambito  del decadimento del trizio, sembra indicare che questa particella abbia  una massa inferiore a 0,8 elettronvolt (vedasi  https://www.sciencenews.org/article/neutrino-max-possible-mass-tiny-new-estimate-particle-physics  ).

Una tale previsione si colloca nel range  0,1 – 2  eV previsto da Paolo Allievi (Albo degli Ingegneri di Roma, ex Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati, ex Enel e Sogin). Al riguardo vedasi  pagg.161 e 162 del suo libro "CATACLISMI E RICOSTRUZIONE: SCIENZA E TECNICA" https://www.amazon.it/Cataclismi-ricostruzione-Scienza-tecnica-Allievi/dp/8895706358  edizioni Compomat (2013). L’Ing. Allievi, peraltro, avanza la sua congettura che il neutrino potrebbe essere un'onda elettromagnetica (Fotone) parziale e non polarizzata: cioè potrebbe corrispondere alla zona neutra all'interno di un Fotone. In tal caso la sua energia (massa) sarebbe circa 0,1 eV. Vale la pena far rilevare che l’Ing. Allievi desume le sue congetture e formula le sue previsioni su una sua propria teoria corpuscolare della gravitazione – riportata nel suo lavoro “LA LUCE RALLENTA” https://www.amazon.it/rallenta-Teoria-corpuscolare-della-gravitazione/dp/8895706218 edizioni Compomat (2011), in cui si evidenzia che la velocità della luce diminuisce nel tempo di 3 m/sec ogni 20 anni.
